Town fountain in Butrimonys

The fountain of the town of Butrimonys is the only one of its kind in Lithuania: in the shape of an acrylic flask, inside there is a huge whirlpool of water. Water flows through the wall of the fountain, which creates a unique sight. After dark, the fountain lights up in different colours. The fountain decorates the triangular square of Butrimonys. It is the only triangular square in Lithuania that is included in the list of Urbanistic monuments.
Near the fountain, there is an outdoor cafe and shops where you can buy local yarrow, sagočia, homemade cheese, souvenirs, coffee, tea and local sweets.
