Street art of writer Jurgis Kunčinas

In 2022, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the writer Jurgis Kunčinas, Pijus Šematulskis decorated the wall of the Jurgis Kunčinas public library building in Alytus with a portrait of the writer. The writer’s dramatic look that greets those who come to the library and accompanies them when they leave leaves no doubt – Alytus is the city of Jurgis Kunčinas.
