Meteliai observation tower

Between Dusia and Meteliai lakes, in the southern part of Meteliai village, there is a 15-metre Meteliai Regional Park observation tower designed by architect A. Gudelis. The metal structures are surrounded by wooden beams, and the structure blends perfectly into the beautiful landscape of the Meteliai Regional Park. From the 15-metre-high observation tower, the panorama of Lake Meteliai, the village of Meteliai, the Kemsinė meadow and a narrow stretch of Lake Dusia are visible. On the other side of the lake is the Papėčiai Castle Mound. From the tower, it is easy to watch the birds swimming in the lake.
