Buteliūnai Mound
The mound is located on a separate hill on the shore of Lake Prapuntas. The site is oval, elongated, 17×12 m in size, with a centre that rises up to 0.5 m. The slopes are moderately steep, 820 m high, the mound has been severely eroded by ploughing, is now covered with soil, and one side is covered with deciduous trees. In 2001, E. Ivanauskas excavated an area of 16 m2 in the mound and found no cultural layer. The mound dates back to the beginning of the 1st millennium.
